1. A student complains to you that she doesn't know what to write about for her upcoming assignment and has no idea how to get started. This student keeps a journal, takes immaculate notes during class and turns in well-developed and polished reading responses. What prewriting method would you suggest and why?
   
   
2. A student admits that he isn't sure how to get started on his upcoming essay assignment. He claims he is a weak writer and laments that his boss has just increased his work hours. This student often doodles during class. What prewriting method would you recommend and why?
